Colette is a research fellow at Sheffield Hallam University. Her background is in psychology and public health nutrition. Her work has mainly focused on children in the early years and she has experience working with families and childminders across Sheffield looking at ways to improve young children’s nutrition.
Colette is a mum to a newborn and to a child in the early years. She also has experience working as an early year’s practitioner in a nursery.
